Since 1997 we have been helping people to bridge the gaps between people and computers. We began as a service bureau for a start up company indexing databases, burning the databases to CD to mail out to car dealerships monthly. Inevitably the business grew with each new client and as every client has different needs - our skill sets rapidly grew to include Mastering Windows Operating Systems, firewalls, switches, servers, content filtering, and most importantly Network Edge technology.
In 2000 we relocated to Norfolk, VA and grew the company one client at a time. We are very proud of the fact that we average one client referral from every client; this has been more valuable to us than any advertisement ever could.
A word about motivation
Reaching goals. At the end of every job there is a moment when we know from the clients response that they are happy they can do things they couldn't do before, or relieved that their data isn't lost. People don't usually hide this feeling. It makes us feel great to know we made a difference in the lives of our clients.
Computer and network consulting is not all glory. However, when we get the chance to experience that crossover moment when we see a happy client, we cherish the feeling; it puts wind in our sails.
